My foundation in property management began in 2011 in Mission Valley, working onsite in a hands-on environment where every detail mattered. Being part of a smaller team meant quickly developing a full-spectrum understanding of operations—from leasing and resident experience to financial oversight and problem resolution. That early immersion shaped the way I approach every property today: thoughtfully, proactively, and with a strong sense of ownership.

Over the years, I had the privilege of working with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Irvine Company, Archstone, R&V, and Garden Communities. These organizations set an exceptionally high bar, and the experience gained there provided insight into the systems, discipline, and strategic thinking behind well-performing assets.

Today, that institutional-level experience is delivered through a more personalized, boutique approach. I work closely with homeowners and smaller community owners who value both performance and clarity. Outside of work, life is grounded in the things that matter most—my husband, our cats, and the San Diego lifestyle. I enjoy a good book, meaningful music, and films that stay with you. And like many in this city, I appreciate discovering new places and finding exceptional vegan food along the way.
